1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- You’ll need to provide proof of purchase
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
- It may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account
3. Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products like digital downloads, gift cards, and opened supplements may not be eligible for return.
